Christine started out taking ballet lessons at Harold Box Community Hall at a young age but quickly figured out that this was not ideal for her. In her later teens she became interested in a different style and tried out several Hip Hop Dance classes around Melbourne.
She finally settled into Beginner/Intermediate Hip Hop classes at Rhythm Nation. Christine found herself quickly progressing into the advanced class and soon joined the Rhythm Nation based Dance crew which later became named PLATINUM. She was a member of PLATINUM for over two years performing at various corporate events, nightclubs, competitions and eventually at Israel's (the singer) charity concert. Christine left PLATINUM to concentrate on building her own style through teaching.
She taught all levels of dance (Junior-Advanced) at Funkhouse Dance Studio. She became Community Coach Accredited in the area of Dance Instruction with the Australian Sports Commission and stated delivering a Hip Hop program to Schools through Funfit in association with the Australian Sports Commission. Christine has also taught the Hip Hop Short Course at Holmesglen TAFE.
