HYPE

Hype are an energetic acoustic duo that have the versatility to be able to provide dinner music through to dance music. Hype have been performing at weddings, pubs, clubs and corporate functions since early 2007. They offer a range of music that varies from dinner music to pub rock/dance sets. Amanda (singer) and Michael (guitar and backing vocals) are both members of one of Sydney’s leading covers band “Beer ‘n’ Skittles” which has performed at many high profile venues such as the Sydney Opera House, the Sydney Convention and Exhibition centre and many other corporate venues.

Hype also perform at many weddings in and around Sydney. Hype have also performed for many corporate clients and for the Australian Navy and Airforce. Weddings: Hype are available for any component of your wedding.

We are able to perform at your wedding ceremony, the reception for dinner music and/or the reception for party /dance music. Both members of Hype are also members of Sydney leading covers band "Beer 'n' Skittles". Competitive rates are given when you book both acts for the one function. Hype also provide professional lighting for your function and a professional PA that you are welcome to use for your speeches etc. We will also provide music during our breaks so there is no need to get a DJ.
