Ross Nixon Trio - Ross Nixon -PianoPeter Walters -BassMax Sportelli-Drums

The Ross Nixon Trio is the nucleus of Max Sportellion Drums, Peter Walters on Upright Bass, and Ross Nixon playing Piano/Keyboards. These three individuals have long ranging backgrounds in music, and have played with many musical luminaries in Australia and Internationally. This jazz trio plays at the highest level, playing with intensity that stirs the soul, playing an eclectic song list, the trio takes the audience on an incredible searching journey where tempos and time signatures change at will. Bassist "Peter Walters" and Drummer "Max Sportelli" are two of Australia's first class first call session musicians who bring their touch of magic to each session.Ross Nixon has played overseas for many years, and in many different countries, playing in highly prestigious venues as well as festivals. One day with the idea once back in Australia, to create a trio exactly like this one, “mission accomplished “ !This is a trio not to miss.........!!!!!!
