We will brighten up your event or party with Irish song and Trad music sprinkled with Bluegrass and Country. Irish Hooley are a very experienced all Irish trio playing fiddle, mandolin, guitar and bodhran(Irish Drum).

Irish Hooley:  Born and raised in Ireland and now residing in Sydney. Evelyn, Alan and Christy have played in top Irish bands over the years and joined forces to play a mixture of traditional Irish dance music with lots of Irish and Irish loved songs and a bit of Bluegrass and Country thrown in to round it off.

Instruments include - Fiddle, Guitar, Irish Tenor Banjo, Mandolin, Bodhran (Irish drum) and whatever Alan decides to bring along from his collection of instruments.

Alan Healy – Singer, Guitar, Tenor banjo, Mandolin, Mandola. Alan is from Dublin and one of the most successful Irish born artists in Australia, he has achieved success in both the Art and Music worlds. His art, including sculptures, are exhibited throughout Australia and sold throughout the world. Alan helped establish the Merchandile Hotel in the Rocks area of Sydney as a major Irish pub and has supported top touring Irish Artists including The Dubliners - Andy Irvin – The Pogues.

Evelyn Finnerty: Singer, Fiddle, Guitar. Evelyn is from Blarney, Co. Cork. She grew up in a musical family, and was raised the traditional way, spending many childhood days in musical settings and sessions .Evelyn is an established and highly regarded fiddle teacher and player on the Irish music and Australian folk scene with a voice to melt your Heart.

Christy Keogh – Mandolin, Tenor banjo, Bodhran and Bones. Christy, another Dubliner, played in the Gaelic Club Sydney in the early years with Alan. He got immersed in the Australian folk and Bush dance scene before returning to what he loves most. If the Irish are having a Hooley they are having a gathering of friends to celebrate a happy occasion or even life itself.
