Project 77….. is a 4-piece rock/blues band. They have been playing Sydney pubs for nearly 2 years. Dave as the front-man-vocalist and plays blue-harp; Mick is the guitarist with backing vocals; Seth is on drums and Callum is bringin in da bass.
Project 77 play middle of the road blues/rock originals as well as a few select covers.
Project77 has been playing in Sydney pubs, for coming up to 2 years. Each member has a varied musical career some from a long line of rock bands and others from the Con. We are writers and performers, we play a few select energetic originals.
Project77 will always rise to the occasion with energy and vibe. They deliver a good blend of live blues/rock music. A recent highlight for the band was playing at the Peats Ridge sustainability music festival.
Project77 released 4 tracks in July last year. Tracks from the CD “Luv-U-Baby” and “Never” were awarded blues track of the day at garageband.com. The CD has received radio airplay resulting in Mick and Dave playing live to air on the KK Blues program on 2SERFM in 2006. Project77 have added 2 more tracks to their CD, "Kyoto" (about global warming) and KK Blues (a tribute to KK Wilson aka KK Blues on 2 SER FM Sydney).
