KRISTINE KARAHALIOS

My name is Kristine Karahalios, i am 18 years old and have been singing, performing and entertaining for basically my entire life. I am currently a vocal student at the Elder conservetorium of music at Adelaide uni.

I owe my singing experience to my schooling life as it gave me so much experience! i have been in numerous choirs, had numerous solos and been in many school bands and vocal groups.(i am currently in a vocal group called catch22 which is also on entertain oz).

High school gave me many oppertunities to perform and sing such as in 2004 i was one of 18 girls that went to South America to sing with our sister school in Argentina for 18 days. other than this, i sang in different school concerts and and numerous public giggs.

I can sing any genre, all you have to do is ask me! i sing country, R& B, soul, pop, jazz, rock, alternative, accapella, Broadway and many more... I have a large repotoire of songs ranging from ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughn to Pink, jewell and anything in between. (any era!).

I love singing ballards and also love singing up beat songs depending on the mood and function. I am able to sing at weddings, christenings and parties or anything else you would like me to sing at... Now that i have finished school I am very much enjoying studying Jazz voice at uni and taking my singing around Adelaide.

Eventually I would like to follow my dream of studying nursing and being a paediatric nurse, but for now my short term dream is focusing on promoting my singing and having a great time doing it...
