Scott McGregor

 

Television host, presenter and model Scott McGregor has game shows, a motoring  show and travel series on his list of credits.

 

He became a familiar face nationally for his modelling on Nine’s Temptation, Host of Blood Sweat and Gears on Fox 8, and as a presenter on Nine’s new weekend travel series Holidays for Sale joining Shelly Craft, Frankie J Holden and Lara Bingle. He’s also dabbled in drama with a small role in the Gangland series Underbelly. Special events such as hosting the Moonee Valley Spring Racing Carnival Fashions on the Field and film launches for Paramount Pictures further prove that Scott is a versatile talent.

 

Scott kicked off his modelling career as a uni student to earn extra cash while studying to become a Graphic Designer. As demand for his look grew he modelled in Australia and overseas appearing in numerous television and print campaigns. He was given the fill in role on the Nine Network’s top rating game show The Price Is Right and then became the producers’ pick in 2005 for a role he still plays today along side Ed Phillips and Livinia Nixon on Temptation (formerly known as Sale of the Century).

 

Scott’s modelling career has soared with contracts from clients such as Lion Nathan, Hahn Super Dry advertising campaign, Holden, Peter Alexander, Nike, Myer, Alpha Male Underwear, Holeproof, and a number of fashion week parades for designers such as Morrissey, Country Road, Nautica & David Jones.

 

Away from the cameras Scott is still very much involved in graphic design, working part-time with Visual Jazz, a leading advertising company based in South Melbourne. And on a personal level he has a passion for the coast including surfing and most water sports. His other interests include AFL, cricket, golf, poker and above all, music.
