The Shaharazade show is a highly energetic, colourful and dynamic performance, taking the art of belly dance to new and greater levels. With high class, glamorous costumes you will be dazzled and mesmorised, which will ensure a memorable evening for all your guests.

Individually each member of our troupe has a vast array of skills including sword balancing, colourful veil work and fast spinning stick technique. Coupled with their belly dance styles fusing traditional Raks Sharki with contemporary flair, gypsy, flamenco and latin influences.

Individually each member performs regularly at various Arabic nightclubs and restaurants around Sydney.

Shaharazade, without doubt is one of the most unique belly dancing troupes in Australia. The core group of Shaharazade features the most brilliant and flamboyant male belly dancer in Australia, Shiva. The two female dances include Jane and Daria who are two of the most innovative, talented and experienced dancers in Sydney. Shaharazade’s high voltage, visual show offers an exciting balance between the male and female relationship forming an explosive translation.
