Multi-ARIA nominee Frank Bennett has sold over 40,000 albums with EMI / CAPITOL and UNIVERSAL / MERCURY records and hosts the FOX Network's long running retro video television show VINYL REVIVAL

Following the success of two award-winning albums, FIVE O'CLOCK SHADOW and CASH LANDING (lush orchestral and swinging big band renditions of contemporary pop classics) Frank Bennett's unmistakable talent, personality and panache have led him to become one of the most popular and sought after entertainers in Australia today, performing for audiences in excess of 100.000.

Frank cameoed in the much loved Australian film THE DISH and has appeared on every major Australian television variety show including HEY HEY IT'S SATURDAY, IN MELBOURNE TONIGHT, Bert Newton's GOOD MORNING AUSTRALIA, SALE OF THE CENTURY, THE MIDDAY SHOW, the ABC's cutting edge youth cult programme RECOVERY, THE FOOTY SHOW, Libby Gorr's MCFEAST, AUSTRALIA'S FUNNIEST HOME VIDEO SHOW, THE PEOPLES CHOICE AWARDS, Maynard's PLANET F X, THE ABC SPORTS AWARDS, E NEWS and many others.

In 1997 Frank was invited to officially open the prestigious SHOWROOM of Sydney's STAR CITY CASINO with Tom Jones and subsequently performed twenty-eight concerts there in the first month with his eighteen-piece band 'The Sydney All Stars'.
In 1998 Frank Bennett opened in Sydney and Melbourne for the great Burt Bacharach on his Australian tour.

Frank has performed for four Australian Prime Ministers, the mayors of Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, eminent leaders of business and industry, numerous charities and wowed audiences from Mandurah to The Whitsundays, Broome to Bondi Adelaide to Auckland. Frank also performed for Senator Natasha Stott Despoja's 2001 campaign launch, Councilor Frank Sartor's Millennium Dinner, the opening of 'Paul Keating Park' in Bankstown and sang at Channel 7's Olympic bid celebrations.

Frank's concert performances include the popular CAROLS IN THE DOMAIN, THE AUSTRALIA DAY COUNCIL celebrations in Hyde Park, THE SYDNEY CABARET CONVENTION, POPS IN THE PARK with the great Tommy Tycho and the West Australian Symphony Orchestra, BRISBANE CITY RIVER FESTIVAL, KANGAROO POINT JAZZ AND BLUES FESTIVAL, COTTESLOE ARTS FESTIVAL, THE FUR BALL, PERTH CITY NEW YEARS EVE CELEBRATIONS, THE NATIONAL PRESS GALLERY MIDWINTER BALL and numerous S.C.G pre-match performances for the SYDNEY SWANS, to name just a few.

Frank's uncanny ability to recapture the magic of Sinatra in concert is cleverly balanced by his penchant for performing contemporary pop hits a la big band.
In short, Frank has over twenty years experience in show business and possesses a charismatic and seductive stage presence. He lays claim to a myriad of accolades and awards but what that all gets down to is the simple fact that Frank Bennett has one incredible voice!

Like any gifted musician, Frank Bennett's appetite for music probably developed in the cradle but from there was weaned on a diet of sixties and seventies radio. Yet while The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, The Beach Boys, The Fifth Dimension, Stevie Wonder, The Rolling Stones, The Doors, and a thousand other great acts dominated the airwaves and incited change, the carefree and elegantly sentimental sounds of yesteryear were always lingering like the steamy waft of Old Spice from a freshly vacated shower. As with the best of any art form, good music carries its legacies through the years and sometimes perpetuates itself in bizarre and beautiful  manifestations.

Frank Bennett's musical career began when a suitor of Franks older sister (we'll call him Steve, because thats his name) traded a rudimentary drum kit for a teenage Frank's sworn secrecy concerning certain amorous indiscretions.
Perched upon an inverted 20 gallon paint drum, young Frank relished hours spent flailing away behind his ill-gotten traps set and becoming one with Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and Alice Coo
