Seriously. Brenton plays the violin, Jacqui plays the cello and they are both world-class musicians in their own right. But this ain't the Philharmonic by any means! String Fever perform a live-wire set of well-known tunes in a variety of genres. From pop to rock to show tunes and, yes, even classical. String Fever combine death-defying musicianship with side-splitting comedy to create a remarkably satisfying performance.

String Fever have received 11 National Awards for their services to showbiz, including five ‘MO’ Awards, and the “Qantas Peter Allen Variety Performers of the Year”.  They have been performing internationally for over 12 years.

String Fever is a high energy and hilarious headline act – most suitable as a 30-40 minute after-dinner entertainment feature. Wife and husband team Jacqui and Brenton Edgecombe combine years of professional orchestral playing with ten years as full-time entertainers to present an act that is unique, top quality – and most importantly – a lot of fun.
