 Australia’s foremost 50’s & 60’s Rock ‘N’ Roll DJ Peter Panagaris appears regularly at the Wintersun Nostalgia Festival in Coolangatta, Queensland. Peter has performed with and interviewed artists from around Australia and from the USA including The Drifters and Lance Lapinsky on Wintersun Radio.

 

 

Peter works in Adelaide 3 nights per week on a regular basis with different Rock ‘N’ Roll bands on a rotational basis. He is accredited with working and promoting the Gawler Hop, Top Gun Dance Contest and appears weekly at Roulettes Tavern and the Windsor Hotel.

 

Peter has the ability to perform at mixed weddings such as Greek/Australian etc. as he has a good knowledge of Greek music as well as American & English hits from the early 50’s to current Top 40. Peter’s vast knowledge of dance music encompasses 50’s & 60’s Rock ‘n’ Roll, Country Rock, Disco, Top 40, Club, Latin American and Swing.

 

When Peter is required to use his own equipment he uses nothing but the best in mobile sound in the form of JBL 15” Eon powered speaker boxes with 400 watts RMS per side of quality stereo sound reproduction coupled to Denon CD Players and Denon mixer giving a reliable and professional sound delivery every time. Peter uses EV microphones exclusively for remote and podium.
