GARGOYLES

Beautiful gothic gargoyles come to life on top of a building and then curiously scale down the side whilst exploring love and life.

Gargoyles are flying costume characters based on traditional architectural Gothic gargoyles. The Gargoyles featured in the 1999 Melbourne Festival, were included in the Showcase Program of the 2000 Performing Arts Market and were part of Stopera's Ariodante, Canberra, 1999. The Gargoyles have flown from buildings as diverse as NSW Government House, South Australian Parliament House, His Majesty's Theatre in Perth and St Paul's Cathedral, Melbourne. The Gargoyles have successfully completed international tours of Asia, Europe and the USA in 2000 and 2001.
