Eugene the Chef uses all the traditional elements of a street show, a grand build up, tricks with a knife, a pot and 3 potatoes and a magical finish as the potatoes are transformed into potato chips - in a packet!

Between shows,. Eugene roam the audience in search of the perfect cooking ingredient, arrogantly encourages audience members to admire his credentials as the world's best chef and displays a style of chopping with his cleaver that resembles kick-boxing. This is no mean feat as he stands over 3.5 metres tall!
