Karise Eden is a singer songwriter guitarist from Central Coast north of Sydney. She has been singing from an early age and has been playing guitar since thirteen. Karise started singing blues and rock then traditional songs when she started playing guitar. Karise’s influences are wide and varied from traditional music through Old Time, Blues, Soul, Bluegrass and Rock. Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Guns n' Roses, Doc Watson, Joan Baez, Deep Purple, Etta James, Robert Cray, Bon Jovi, Joss Stone.

Karise might sing a Janis Joplin song in a powerful husky voice followed by beautiful Joan Baez song the next. She also writes strong original songs. She played for a time in a local blues band and can sometimes be seen playing double bass in the Usual Suspects.

Some places you might of seen Karise performing - Peats Ridge Festival, Lizotte's, Carols in the Domain, Uranquinty Folk Festival, Dorrigo Folk & Bluegrass Festival, Laguna Jam Session, Erina Hive, 5 Lands Walk, Woy Woy Folk Club, Patonga Pub, Ettalong Beef & Barramundi .. Karise has also had the chance to support the Australian band Dragon and has played at many other community events.

In April 2012 Karise appeared on Channel 9's the voice featuring coaches Keith Urban, Seal, Delta Goodrem and Joel Madden. Coaches, critics and audiences were united in their praise for Karises passionate rendition of It's a Man's World. "I'm so gobsmacked we got to hear that tonight," Urban said.
