Each Friday in November, Markets by Moonlight at The Rocks will host night markets accompanied by FREE, live performances from the voices of legendary Aussie rock bands including Hunters and Collectors, Australian Crawl and Sherbet, plus some of the country's most respected soloists!
From 6pm on Fridays 3, 10, 17 and 24 November, Sydneysiders can clock off from the grind and head to The Rocks to enjoy a cold beer with friends, singalong to some classic Australian tunes and browse the night markets for some early Christmas shopping.
Since 2001, The Rocks Markets by Moonlight has been hosting the biggest end-of-the-working-week social in Sydney with an open-air bar and outdoor stage featuring headline Australian acts performing for FREE and more than 40 arts, crafts and food stalls.

Friday 3 November:
6.30pm-7.20pm - Mark Seymour
As the voice of Hunters and Collectors, Mark Seymour is the genius behind some of Australia's best known rock anthems including When The River Runs Dry, Holy Grail and Throw Your Arms Around Me. In going solo Mark has discovered a new and refreshing intensity in his voice that he believes he had lost in the band.
7.45pm-8.35pm - James Reyne
One of the most recognisable voices in Australian music, James Reyne had enormous success as the singer and songwriter of legendary 80s rock band Australian Crawl. For the past 20 years his enduring talent has resulted in similar success with three multi-platinum solo albums and several chart-topping collaborations.
8.40pm-8.55pm - Mark Seymour and James Reyne
Two of Australian music's greatest frontmen will come together for what will be a classic crowd singalong.
Friday 10 November:
6.30pm-7.30pm - Jenny Morris
This Kiwi-born diva has been a successful soloist on the Australian music scene for many years, winning multiple ARIAs for her acclaimed albums Body & Soul and Shiver, which featured hit songs such as Body & Soul, You I Know and She Has To Be Loved.
8pm-9pm - Dragon
With Mark 'Show No Mercy' Williams on vocals, this new incarnation of one of Australasia's most loved bands of the 70s and 80s will have the crowd singing along to enduring classics such as Are You Old Enough, Rain and April Sun In Cuba.
Friday 17 November:
6.30pm-7.30pm - Daryl Braithwaite
As the frontman for ARIA Hall of Famers, Sherbet, Daryl Braithwaite caused hysteria amongt teenagers in the 70s and 80s with his rousing vocals of iconic songs such as Howzat! As a solo artist, Daryl has enjoyed even greater success, highlighted by the multi-platinum albums Edge and Rise. Daryl recently reformed with the lads from Sherbet for the sellout Countdown Spectacular tour.
8pm-9pm - Richard Clapton
Since the mid-70s Richard Clapton has captivated music lovers as one of Australia's most renowned singer/songwriters. With songs such as Girls On The Avenue, Deep Water, Capricorn Dancer and Glory Road, his enigmatic talents as a musician and lyricist have been lauded by fans and music aficionados around the world.
Friday 24 November:
6.30pm-7.30pm - Mark Sholtez
An exciting new talent to the Australian musical landscape, Mark Sholtez demonstrates the confident expertise and masterful tunesmith of a veteran. His debut album, Real Street, draws on a 1950s rat pack style, with his playful songwriting and charismatic vocals maintaining an unmistakable contemporary feel.
