Melbourne International Boat & Lifestyle Show
Young and old, there will be something for everyone at the Melbourne International Boat & Lifestyle Show over the February 1-3 weekend with about 80 exhibitors, giveaways and fun for all. Street entertainment, water sports, food and fashion will play a major role at the show which is largely free. Interactive water based activities, including sailing a yacht or a Hawaiian canoe, riding on a motorboat or pedaling a kayak will run over the week end.
Show goers are invited to feel the adrenaline of the On Land Pro Wakeboarding Competition and the Australian Offshore Formula 1 Power Boat Championships which will coincide with the show. There will be more than 150 on water exhibits along with an on land display area stretching along the promenade from NewQuay to Waterfront City.
Admission charges apply for the marina exhibits only - Adults $10; Families $20 (2 Adults 3 Children); under 16s & pensioners $5.
The show promises to be a spectacular event with luxury yachts and power boats stretching as far as the eye can see along the marina. The Boating Industry Association’s show takes place in conjunction with the City of Melbourne.
