Well established dance studio situated in the NW of NSW. Rolande Hooklyn, Director/Owner of the Sapphire City Dance Academy is a qualified registered dance teacher with the Royal Academy of Dancing and a member of Commdance. Rolande teaches children and adults all styles of dance with option of annual examinations and competitions. Rolande's dance training began in France where she has since returned to teach as a guest teacher in Chaumont. Many of her ex-students have a carreer in dance. Class numbers are limited. Adults wishing to take classes need not have a partner. These classes are catered to suit beginners and more advanced and are a great way of making new friends. Singles are most encouraged to attend. All styles of dance are taught at the Academy: Classical Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Tap, Song & Dance, Salsa, Cha-cha, Jive, Ballroom plus many more. The studio is designed with the dancer is mind. Plenty of parking space and great lighting show for social dance and karaoke held regularly at the premises. A great place to learn to dance and enjoy social events. Children are encouraged to take dance exams and enter dance competitions annually.
