Taking place at Tomislav Restaurant on Tuesday, October 19th and Wednesday, October 20th ‘Just Desserts’ sees chef Tomislav Martinovic and acclaimed pastry chef Chris The pair up to offer Sydneysiders a seven-course sweet treat. These two dinners mark the first time chef The has returned to a professional kitchen since his celebrated roles as pastry chef in some of Sydney’s most revered restaurants – including fine-diner Claude’s and international sensation Quay. When it comes to the ‘Just Desserts’ menu, guests can expect the unexpected. Kicking off on a sweet note with four dessert courses, the traditional culinary journey of savoury to sweet is turned on its head in the most delicious of ways. Capped with two savoury dishes in chef Tomislav’s signature quirky mod-Aus style, diners have the opportunity to enjoy an inventive expedition through unknown culinary terrain like never before.
