Designed to match the demands of a high paced environment, the menu provides diners with a sophisticated meal within an hour for just under $50. The lunch menu showcases some of Head Chef Raita Noda’s widely acclaimed and distinctive Japanese cuisine. Ocean Room offers a rich variety of produce driven dishes, ranging from chotto plates (Japanse version of tapas,) robust mains to decadent desserts – the ideal lunchtime dining experience. From the fresh oysters, wasabi prawns and soft shell sushi roll to start, through to the mains (Grilled Beef Steak with Pontiac Potato Gratin, King Prawns with Sea Salt and Five Peppercorns, and Tempura Fish and Chips with Ginger Tartare,) and the desserts (Classic Crème Brule, Homemade Apple Sorbet and Chocolate Parcel,) guests will delight in Head Chef Noda’s culinary creativity and skills. This is matched with a glass of white or red wine.
