Scheduled for Tuesday, May 31st, and Wednesday, June 1st the event promises a Baroque inspired evening of fine food, wine and entertainment. Offered at just $100 a ticket, which includes matching wines, event guests will receive an exclusive pre taste of Baroque’s upcoming seasonal winter menu. Taking influence from famed Baroque composer Vivaldi’s set of four thrilling violin concerto’s, The Four Seasons, the dinner will showcase four brand new dishes devised by Baroque’s Chef de Cuisine Peter Robertson in conjunction with acclaimed Patisserie Chef Jean-Michel Raynaud. Each of the four courses represents the very best of winter produce and captures the texture and sentiment of our coldest season, and will be accompanied by performances from the Sydney Youth Orchestra and brief discussions with the chefs. Finishing on a high note, guests will also be treated to a sampling of Baroque’s brand new seasonal macaron flavours, released for sale to the public for the first time on June 1st. Featuring a sumptuous, warming Chai flavour, subtle Pear & Chestnut, and a decadent Black Truffle, these new seasonal flavours take the famed Baroque macaron experience to a whole new level!
