Brian Copping (Clarinet, Saxophone,Flute) has played with The Glenn Miller Reunion Orchestra, Sammy Davis Junior, Peter Allen and the Will Upson Big Band. Lectured on Jazz, Music Education and Arranging at the Conservatorium at The University of Western Australia.
John Healy (Double Bass/Vocals) toured England with the prestigious Max Collie Rhythm Aces. He has also played with many of Perth’s well known Early Jazz and Swing ensembles, including the Heritage Jazz Band and the Gumnut Stompers.
Tony Eardley (Piano) has played with many of Perth’s leading groups, including The Swan City Jazzmen, Round Midnight and the Gumnut Stompers. Often in demand as a Soloist, an accompanist extraordinaire.

An illustrated jazz journey from New Orleans to the Jazz Age in Chicago, and the Early Swing Era. Interesting historical facts and listen to some of the music of Scott Joplin, Benny Goodman and Duke Ellington, etc.
History of Early Jazz (Part Two)
An illustrated jazz journey about LOUIS ARMSTRONG, ‘Satchmo’ and SIDNEY BECHET, the ‘Creole Poet of Jazz’. Interesting historical facts, and listen to some of their music, including a contemporary Clarinet Classic.
