Louis is a 25-year-old singer/songwriter and solo artist hailing from St. Kilda. He sings and plays acoustic/electric guitar. His original music centre’s on an indie-folk style, accompanied by rock, pop and punk influences. Louis has performed a plethora of gigs around Victoria as the cornerstone of his now almost seven-year-long full-time career. These gigs range from ticketed concert and venue gigs where he plays his own original music, to restaurant, pub, corporate and function performances where he plays covers encompassing the genres of pop, rock, alternative, soul, indie, folk and blues. He worked as a busker alongside the gigs for three years in Melbourne’s CBD and inner suburbs.

In 2016 Louis was selected for The Push Songs Singer/Songwriter Program, featuring sessions with Charles Jenkins, Gossling and Ben Salter. He was later selected for The Push Mentoring Program and was mentored and recorded by Mick Thomas (ex - Wedding Parties Anything). In 2018, he performed at the sixth live show put on by The Real Songwriters of Melbourne and in 2020 took out the second prize at the St. Kilda Festival Battle of the Bands.

Louis’ debut EP ‘Angsty Conversations’ is almost ready for release with the finishing touches being completed as Melbourne exits lockdown.
