When you have found an act you would like to book (or enquire about booking) please click on the button marked ‘BOOKINGS' and fill in the required details of the booking enquiry form. Please note that the more details you give us the more accurate the artist's quote will be. Details that would help are:


Location (please list your suburb if you are located in a city)
Number of people
Type of event (for example a wedding, birthday, corporate dinner, conference etc)
The type of entertainment you require for example a show or roving entertainment
The theme of your event
The outcome that you wish to achieve.

Once you have e-mailed your enquiry you will receive an automated response to let you know that the team at EntertainOz has received your enquiry, followed by a personal e-mail or telephone response from an entertainment consultant within a couple of days. If you have not provided sufficient information about your enquiry you may receive an e-mail asking for more details.

Once your entertainment consultant has received all the necessary information, they will send you a quotation for the entertainment services that you have enquired about. If you decide to make a booking, you will need to respond via e-mail confirming the entertainment services that you wish to book. After confirming your desire to book you will receive a ‘Booking Form' via e-mail. This form needs to be filled out, signed and either scanned and e-mailed, or faxed back. Once EntertainOz is in receipt of your signed booking form you will be e-mailed an invoice, which will entail the payment options.

As EntertainOz is working on behalf the artist, we offer you a full refund if the performer / artist doesn't turn up on the agreed date. EntertainOz will do it's best to find a replacement for the artist. At this point we have to say that in all the years that we have been in business, this case scenario has only occurred once in 10 years.
