The Aunty Mojo Show

The Aunty Mojo Show brings together music, dance, activities, and discussion, while promoting values of loving self, respecting others, living life and releasing our inner power.

The intention of our show, music and books is to communicate a message to children, and hopefully their caregivers, through 5 personalities.  The various personalities come through Aunty Mojo, her twin niece and nephew, (Maxi and Monty) and The Mojos, (good and not so good alter-egos).  Having 5 different personalities interacting introduces different perspectives and potentially some conflict to unpack and deliver the message and themes.

The message underpins clearly:

• Mmm Me (love yourself first); 
• Mmm Mutual respect (treat others as you want to be treated; be nice);
• Life is aMmmazing (enjoy every day) and
• Mmm Maximise your mojo (release your inner power and shine brightly).

Aunty Mojo, her twin niece and nephew and alter-egos offer a blank canvas.  They are playful and colourful characters who enthusiastically experience life while bringing children and their caregivers joy.

The show offers an opportunity for caregivers to sit with their children, try the activities and discuss concepts.
