SPOUSE VISA APPLICATIONS
Elizabeth can provide you with a confirmation letter to submit to the Department of Immigration as verification that you have hired a celebrant in support of your pending marriage and prospective spouse application. Elizabeth will also complete the Notice of Intended Marriage which can be signed upon arrival of your fiancée in Australia, or in front of an appropriate authority overseas and then mailed back to lock-in your wedding day.

Notice of Intended Marriage
This must be completed no less than a month or more than 18 months before your wedding and lodged with your celebrant. I must sight original photo ID of birth certificate or passport, along with any dissolution of marriage or death certificate of previous spouse.
Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage
This is usually signed before the wedding and this asks whether you are married to anyone else, you are not in a prohibited relationship such as being brother or sister, are over the age of 18 years and giving consent to the marriage, with or without an interpreter.

WITNESSES
You must have 2 witnesses over the age of 18 years who can understand the ceremony and can sign the marriage documents.
