STEPHEN HUNT AND BAND

STEPHEN HUNT AND BAND

Marathon swimmer/actor playes from his debut album 'listen'

Redfern, Sydney, NSW, Australia
Stephen Hunt is best known for his role in Neighbours and for conquering the English Channel and Gibraltar Strait for AIDS charities. He has also released two E.P's in the U.K and is now back in Australia building up to the release of his debut album 'listen'.

The music is a fun and energetic blend of funk, groove, rock and folk. With a band of up to 7 pieces, this is an awesome to grab while the album is still unreleased. After these tunes hit the airwaves you won't be able to get the band unless you're a stadium.

Stephen Hunt began playing professionally in 2001 as a solo singer/songwriter. Playing around Melbourne and Sydney, he developed his unique brand of acoustic groove into a full band show. In 2002 he left for the U.K to start again and was quickly playing around London with a new band. Headlining the Marquee Club last year and having a residency at the Original Hard Rock Cafe, Stephen made his mark on the U.K scene and released two E.Ps, 'the light' and 'uncovered'. Having played around the world in Thailand, Bosnia, the U.S, Spain, New Zealand and Scotland, Stephen is now home and writing again.
