The gorgeous Miss HoneyPie has been dancing since she was 3.  Her childhood was spent exploring ballet, modern, jazz, tap, hip hop and acrobatics.  Years of dedicated training led to many theatre and competitive performances in all these styles and many prestigious accolades.  In 1998 HoneyPie was named Provincial Acrobatics Champion of the Gauteng Province in her homeland, South Africa, whereafter she went on to compete in, and win, the South African National Championships of competitive acrobatics. In 2005 she stumbled upon the ancient art of belly dance.  Belly Dance allowed a freedom of expression of movement and feminine sexuality that appealed to the blossoming goddess within her.   It was also through this teacher that HoneyPie discovered the sensuous art of burlesque and one year later, in 2007, joined Black Orchid, a well-known Johannesburg based burlesque troupe.  In the years that followed HoneyPie performed all over Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town with the Dancers of the Dessert Belly Dance Company and Black Orchid Burlesque.  HoneyPie then moved on to South Korea where she performed as a solo artist on a dinner cruise around the north coast of Jeju Island.  She currently lives in Australia where HoneyPie also fills the roles of makeup artist, costume design and manufacture and choreographer.
