Highly Strung is an experienced, professional and sophisticated Melbourne based string quartet that plays for corporate functions, birthday parties, dinner parties or anything that requires a little bit of music to make an event extra special. We also provide wedding music to suit all tastes.
Although we are based in Melbourne, we will happily travel to all surrounding areas for a small transport and petrol fee.
We have a huge amount of repertoire and not only perform classic string quartet repertoire but many popular, jazz, latin, rock & modern covers. We also offer string quartet with double bass for larger events, corporate functions or if you want the additional richness in sound a double bass provides.
