THE BAND MEMBERSALEX LUGLI LEAD/BACKING VOCALS- Over 15 years live experience. Alex has been the front man for many bands over the last 15 years. Blessed with a powerful voice ideally suited to belting out the hits you remember, he’s a true showman –plays one of the best air guitars ever - who has an incredible ability to bring out the best in those classic Aussie songs. No wonder he never fails to entertain. RACHEL HIRD LEAD/BACKING VOCALS, KEYS- 10 years live experience. There’s only one thing better than having a great lead singer – and that’s having two! Rachel’s gutsy vocals epitomize the songs of those classic Aussie Rock Chicks. Whether it’s the Divinyls’ Chrissy Amphlett or the Baby Animals’ Suze DeMarchi, Rachel has that indefinable magic in her performance. And, as if that’s not enough, she even plays keyboards to add that special touch to the WIZARDS sound. ANDREW BING LEAD/RHYTHM GUITAR, KEYS - VOCALS – Over 10 years live experience. Andrew is a true all rounder. He’ll pick up the guitar in one song, then leap onto the keyboards on the next. And, in case you can’t keep up with him, he’s also an incredibly accomplished saxophonist. JOE FORLANO BASS - Over 10 years live experience. Joe’s enthusiastic playing and rock solid timing pumps life into the WIZARDS. He’s the quiet one in the band, but don’t let that deceive you: the partnership of Joe and Vince makes this rhythm section second to none. VINCE PAPA DRUMS – With over 20 years experience, Vince’s driving beat is the foundation on which the band is built. From behind the mountain of drums, Vince’s superb timing brings magic to the WIZARDS and propels audiences around the dance floor. PETER BUCHANAN LEAD/RHYTHM GUITAR – VOCALS- 10 years live experience. Peter’s infectious enthusiasm draws the crowd into the party atmosphere and onto the dance floor.
