Performance History:
Brenton Edgecombe has been paying tribute to Sir Elton John nationally and internationally since 1993. He started in clubs, pubs and function venues in Adelaide under the pseudonym "Reggie Dwight". The Crocodile Rocket character was created and consolidated as part of the multi-award-winning cabaret act 'String Fever', and as such has been performed in clubs and function venues throughout Australia, and on cruise-ships internationally since 1997. Additionally Brenton toured regional Australian venues as 'Elton John' in 1998 as part of the 'String Along with Elton' tour. A career highlight was featuring as a surprise bespectacled guest with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra in 1996.
Crocodile Rocket combines 30 years of Elton obsession with eleven years of constant live performance experience to create the ultimate tribute act.
