Possibly the most influential player in Women's tennis ever...
Tennis Champion

OTH, United States

Women's tennis may never see another player influence the game the way Chris Evert did during her brilliant career. She held the world number one position for seven years as well as 157 professional singles titles, including 18 Grand Slam tournaments. In 1986, the Women's Sports Foundation named her the 'Greatest Woman Athlete of the last 25 Years.' Chrissie's name still triggers positive associations: steely determination, sheer concentration, agelessness and excellence.
