Having been vocally coached by legendary Australian jazz & classical singers, Marta has a respect for the traditional sounds of jazz; her unique sound will take you back to the times of all the jazz greats. A former student of The Sydney Conservatorium of Music, where she studied The Jazz Vocals course and finished in 2005, Marta has been singing for the past 8 years. She started her singing career in pop cover bands, then in 2002 she decided to pursue her love of jazz and has performed at many Sydney venues. Performing internationally since December 2006, Marta has been travelling and performing at many festivals, events, private functions and hotels throughout India and China. Marta is looking forward to continuing her travels and experiencing the diverse forms of the world music scene.
