The Jazz Organism is a unique outfit that recreates the sound of the Organ Combo. Backed by guitar and drums, the Hammond organ was the sound of the 1960’s. The Jazz Organism is an authentic organ combo that plays Jazz, Blues, Funk and Latin in the style of great organists such as Jimmy Smith, Brother Jack McDuff and Big John Patton.

The Jazz Organism features award winning musician Darren Heinrich on the organ, which he couples with the three-dimensional sound of the rotating Leslie speaker. Dynamic yet subtle, Darren kicks the groove along simultaneously playing melody, chords and bass while guitar and drums provide the backdrop for what can only be described as a soulful session.
