An amazing combination of two exceptional & highly respected multi-instrumentalists.
Alison Boyd provides soothing harp music creating a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for weddings and intimate functions.
Originally from Belfast, she is a very accomplished harpist and multi-instrumentalist.
Lindsay Martin plays an 1890’s French violin, a Davey Stuart Mandolin and Martin D28 Guitar. He has worked as an accompanist for several well known artists in live performance and in the studio, and has also worked as a session musician.
He is highly regarded in the Australian folk scene, and sought after for his natural artistic ability.
As individuals & together Alison & Lindsay have many years of experience in playing for all sorts of functions & events.
At weddings they can play soothing harp & fiddle music for that truly Irish / Celtic sound.
They can also perform as wandering minstrels mingling with your guests while they relax between the ceremony & reception. They can change their instrumentation to include, whistle, flute, accordion, mandolin, guitar or bodhran.
We also can provide a full band 3-6 piece for your event, depending on your needs & budget.

For a large venue PA (and lights if necessary) needs to be provided.
We require 2 DIs for instruments (this is for harp and fiddle, we may need more DIs if extra instruments are required.)
2 vocal mics on boom stands
2 chairs without arms.
For smaller gigs eg. small weddings we can either play acoustically or bring a small amp. In this instance we require a power board to wherever we are playing.
For larger venues a private and secure change room is required, a toilet is not acceptable.
We require parking close to the venue as we are carrying instruments and equipment.
Meals and refreshments are always appreciated, and definitely required if we have to be there for longer than 2 hours.
