IMPORTANT: This package is for you if your event is in metro Melbourne (inner or outer) and if you are providing the stage and backline and equipment including lighting, amps, mics and drum kits. 

Rockin' Rosie can provide you with a 45 min - 1hr set to fit into your line up with a 15-minute setup and pack-down.

Are you also considering a DJ? Or need music only for part of your day?

Rockin' Rosie can provide a basic four-hour solution that includes:

• Travel within metro inner or outer Melbourne.
• PA, speakers and lighting. 
• A smoke machine (if your venue allows). 
• Acoustic or full band sets in any combination. (Maximum of 2hrs 15m play time)
• Setup by 30 mins prior to the agreed start time and within 30 mins of the agreed finish time.
• Microphones for speeches. 
• Single location setup. 
• 2 x 30-minute phone consultations prior to the event to identify relevant song choices and the run order. 

This package is ideal for you if:

• Your venue is within metro Melbourne. 
• You are considering other entertainment such as acoustic acts, ceremony or canapes music, or a DJ. 
• You have an MC. 
• You can accommodate the band discretely setting up during your event.

Hosting a special or corporate event?

Rockin' Rosie will protect the professionalism of your special event with an early setup and a late pack-up outside of function hours.  We will be onsite up to 8 hours for this package - perfect for a sit-down dinner event with a late night finish. 

We will also provide:

• Travel within metro inner and outer Melbourne.
• PA and speakers.
• LED and laser lighting.
• 4 x 45 min sets including any combination of acoustic and full-band sets. 
• MP3's after setup, between sets and until we must disconnect the speakers. 
• Microphones for speeches. 

This package is perfect for you if:

• Your venue is within Metro Melbourne. 
• Your event requires an early setup and a late pack-up. 
• You are not considering other entertainment options. 
• You are considering speeches and other formalities which may run overtime. 
• You need a combination of band and acoustic music. 

The band will arrive prior to the event, provide the scheduled sets and work around any other formalities to ensure your guests are still dancing and last drinks!  Pack up starts at the end of the scheduled time or 10 minutes after the bar has closed.

Some extras you may need to consider include:

• Travel to locations outside of metro Melbourne. 
• Additional setup locations if there will be canapes or cocktails in a different area. 
• MC services. 
• Additional sets or time. 

Is your wedding a long-day event?

Rockin' Rosie can cover your whole long-day wedding day (10 hours from setup to completion of pack-up) with acoustic music for your ceremony, canapes or during dinner and host the party part with 3 x 45 min sets commencing after your first dance or dessert (whichever is later).

IMPORTANT: If your event is shorter, you only need evening or day-time entertainment or there is only one setup you should ask for a personalised quote!

We will provide:

• Travel within metro inner and outer Melbourne. 
• PA and speakers - up to 2 different setups to facilitate quick changeover.
• Laser and led lighting for the party sets.
• Microphones for speeches. 
• 3 x 45 min acoustic sets and 3 x 45 min full band sets.
• Band or MP3 for your formalities music. We need 2 months notice for any band song requests not already on our list. Otherwise, we will play an MP3 of your preferred songs. 
• Early setup.
• Pack-down after the Bride and Groom have exited. 
• Unlimited phone or Skype meetings,  and email exchanges to coordinate song selections, timing and any special requests. You'll have Jessica's personal mobile number for quick idea exchanges. 

The acoustic duo will be onsite the entire day to coordinate the event, setup and pack-down. The rest of the band members would arrive for the evening formalities with setup prior to the reception commencing. 

This package is ideal for you if:

• Your wedding is around 10 hours in duration from the ceremony to the exit. 
• The venue is within the metro area of Melbourne. 
• You need quick changeovers between locations or there are two to three locations for setup on the same site. For example the chapel and the outdoor area or a reception room. 
• You need acoustic and party music. 
• You are not considering any other entertainment options. 

Some extras that may apply in rarer cases:

• Travel to multiple venues or between additional locations on the same site. 
• Additional PA gear. 
• Additional sets, additional time or late finish due to late arrivals. 
• Additional lighting for acoustic setups. 
• MC services.

Need a basic package for a party? 

Rockin' Rosie will setup, pack-up and play 3 x 45 min sets with a total 4 hour call time and travel to metro inner and outer Melbourne suburbs.

We provide:

• PA and speakers
• Laser and Led basic lighting
• A smoke machine (if your venue is agreeable)
• MP3's after setup, between sets and until we absolutely have to disconnect the speakers!

This package is suitable for you if:

• You are hosting a birthday party, anniversary, sports club event, fundraiser or similar and there will be no significant breaks for speeches, meals or other formalities. 
• You are in Metro Melbourne.
• Your event is short or you have other entertainment options (DJ, acoustic act, or an iPod with speakers) for before or after our act. 
• You have less than 50 confirmed guests.
