Georgie's hit podcast, The Swab, brings listeners into the world of everyday nurses through candid conversations and the kind of staffroom banter that naturally lends itself to comedy.

Now in its third season according to the supplied biography, the podcast has attracted more than 125,000 listens and received a nomination for Best Comedy Podcast in 2022.

As Georgie explains, the podcast wasn't originally designed to be funny. It simply captures nurses talking about their everyday experiences—and the humour that emerges is often irresistible.

Georgie is also the author of Off the Charts, a bestselling nursing book published by Pan Macmillan. Described as a nursing bible, the book celebrates the realities, challenges and personalities of life in healthcare.

It was nominated for the 2023 Russell Prize for Humour Writing, further demonstrating Georgie's ability to translate her frontline experiences into entertaining and insightful storytelling.
