EVENT TIMINGS
Please specify call time and performance time.
Tully will arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to check in with you or the event coordinator, conduct a risk assessment of the performance area, and advise if any concerns need addressing.
STAGE/ SPACE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3x3 stage is generally minimum for a hula hoop act, 4x4 and over is best.
Podium dance work is an exception to the size requirement although skills may be restricted to space.
Ideal surfaces for shows include grass, traditional or concrete stages, and stages may also be created by roping a suitable area off.
Acts can be performed indoors providing enough space is provided, and the necessary safety requirements are adhered to.
SOUND (PA) REQUIREMENTS
A suitable PA sound system for music playback during the show.
For my acts, Bluetooth only audio input is acceptable.
If you do not have a suitable sound system, we can supply one for you by prior arrangement, at an additional cost.
GREEN ROOM
A secure green room for costuming and prep before or after show and in between sets.
Flash photography is not permitted.
