Some magic is better experienced from three feet away.
Christopher Beck is an accomplished magician specialising in premium close-up card magic for corporate functions, Christmas celebrations and special events.
Your guests won't simply see Christopher perform magic — they'll experience original card effects created and developed by Christopher himself.
His distinctive repertoire combines these original creations with carefully selected classics of sleight of hand, performed among your guests without a stage, elaborate props or complicated technical requirements.
Credited as Christo Beck, Christopher worked extensively on The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions, including as a utility stand-in for Hugo Weaving and hand double for Keanu Reeves.
He also trained at Sydney's renowned Ensemble Studios, an elite method acting school, and spent years performing professionally at corporate events and in variety entertainment. His craft was further shaped by the mentorship of Slim DeGrey, Australian Variety Royalty and a veteran of the industry. Christopher's close-up magic has also entertained familiar Australian faces including Paul Hogan.
Now based in the Top End, Christopher is making a limited number of dates available for the 2026 Christmas corporate season.
Just Christopher, a deck of cards and your guests — with the magic happening in their hands.
