Sebastiaan is regularly booked on  the Northern Rivers and throughout Queensland and NSW for weddings, corporate functions, and festivals, along with performing in shows such as the recent Rat Pack Show in Brisbane. This show was a huge success and in a review, it was said of Sebastiaan,  that "he absolutely made the show with his Dean Martin role".

Food and beverages

We appreciate if the client provides the band with a meal and drinks on the day of the performance. Please check with Sebastiaan on any specific dietary requirements of the band members.

 

Staging

Whilst it is not essential to supply a stage, it does allow the band to be seen when the dance floor is full. If you are able to supply a stage, it must be safe and soundly constructed.

Depending on the configuration of the band / performance, a different stage size can be required. Please contact us to discuss details / stage plan.

 

Power requirements

It is essential that a safe, properly earthed and constant power supply is provided. Venues that regularly stage entertainment should already have the correct supply, but please check with them.

This supply should be for the sole use of the band and should never be shared with anything else.

An incorrect or unsafe supply will jeopardise your event. (Please ask us, or seek the advice of a professional electrician if you are unsure).

 

Band set up time

Setting-up usually takes, from arrival at the venue and unloading through to final sound check, between 1.5 and 2 hours. Packing up and loading takes about an hour.

 

Solo set up time

When Booking Sebastiaan as a solo performer using backing tracks, setup takes about 30 minutes including sound check.

 

Artist Green Room

We take our on-stage appearance very seriously and we will always ‘look the business’ for your function, we would therefore like a safe and warm dressing room (also known as a green room), where we can leave a change of clothes and store our instrument cases, but this is not essential.

Prepare to be thouroughly entertained by the Wild, Cool, and Swinging tunes of the Kings of Vegas show.

Classics from the greats such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin, mixed in with some modern classics such as Zoot Suit Riot, Dirty Boogie, King of Swing and Zip Gun Bop to name a few.

This show can be brought as a sit down dinner show (think The Rat Pack Live at the Sands style), or alternately as a straight live music show, where the band plays the set list in quicker succession with less audience interacttion, but more in line with a night of dancing.

 

Full 10 Piece Big Band show. 3 sets. Set list to be provided on enquiry.

A 3 set solo performance using professional studio recorded backing tracks. PA supplied by artist for small venues. Large venues will need to provide production or ask for a seperate quote.
